This page describes how refunds work for Gollog Pro, the paid subscription for me.gollog.me. Basic (Free) does not involve charges and is not covered here.

Who processes payments and refunds

Gollog Pro subscriptions are sold through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Your card or payment statement may show Paddle rather than Gollog. Paddle handles payment collection, receipts, tax where applicable, subscription renewals, and refund eligibility.

Refunds for Gollog Pro are governed by Paddle’s Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms. Those documents set out when you may withdraw a transaction, request a refund, or cancel a subscription, including any country-specific statutory rights that apply to your purchase.

How to request a refund or cancel

To withdraw from a purchase, request a refund, or cancel a subscription, contact Paddle using one of these methods:

If eligible, Paddle will process refunds using your original payment method where possible. Allow up to 14 days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless Paddle’s policy or applicable law provides otherwise.

Product and technical issues

If you experience a persistent technical issue with Gollog Pro or cannot access features as described, contact us first at info@gollog.me so we can try to resolve it. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact Paddle support as described above and include details of the problem and any response you received from us.

Chargebacks

Please contact Paddle before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Paddle’s Buyer Terms explain how chargebacks are handled.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this page limits mandatory refund, withdrawal, or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your country or region. Where local law or Paddle’s Refund Policy provides you with greater protection, those rights apply.

Changes

We may update this page to reflect how Gollog Pro is sold or to align with Paddle’s published policies. The effective date above will change when we do.
