You can share a finance gol in Gollog with other people by email. Related: Gols · Settings

Roles

Role	Can do
Contributor	Work on the shared gol (log and edit within product rules)
Viewer	See the gol without changing it

Exact permissions follow the in-app invite flow.

From a gol you own, open share, enter an email, choose a role, and send. The invitee gets email with an accept or register link.

If you already have a Gollog account, open the accept link (or the matching notification) while signed in with that email.
If you are new, use the register link from the invitation email, then accept.

Pending invitations can also appear in the in-app notifications menu when addressed to your account email.

Shared access is scoped to the invited gol — not your whole account. Overview and lists respect what you can access.
